1. Terms & Conditions
All transactions are conducted in AUD (Australian Dollars).
a. Sponsorship
Your payment of sponsorship entitles you to choose the name displayed in conjunction with the section of the image you select. You will receive an email receipt. No refunds are available. No warrants are made regarding the availability of this website or the length of time the website and your name will be displayed.
b. Donations
Donations to Deductible Gift Recipients under Australian tax law are made voluntarily by you. The minimum donation is $2 and you will receive an email receipt with the ABN of the Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) entity who is collecting the donation. Donor names will be displayed in conjunction with the section of the image you select to support. No refunds are available. No warrants are made regarding the availability of this website or the length of time the website and your donor name will be displayed.
Neither sponsorship nor donation entitles you to any member privileges or products unless explicitly granted by the Fundraiser. There is no limit to the number of areas on the image you can sponsor or donate to, with exception to the limit of the total number of remaining image areas not already reserved.
Your display name or donor name cannot include profanity, vulgarity, unlawful, political, racial, religious, offensive, violent or hate messages or tones. Pic Sponsors™ reserves the right to conceal a displayed sponsor name or donor name, without notice and without refund, at their sole, joint or several discretion with the Fundraiser, if it is deemed to be outside the scope or intent of these terms, or otherwise inappropriate.
2. Privacy Policy
Your personal details submitted (sponsor name or donor name, email address) are utilised for the purpose of your use of this website and display of your nominated sponsor name or donor name. No personal details other than your nominated sponsor name or donor name will be made public, and no personal details will be passed onto any third party outside of Pic Sponsors™ and the Fundraiser you supported, with the exception of payment details passed securely to the banking network for the exclusive purpose of conducting the transaction authorised by you.
You agree to receive correspondence from Pic Sponsors™, or the Fundraiser you supported, in the future as deemed appropriate, however this will be infrequent and you have the opportunity to unsubscribe immediately with ease.
This site may use cookies to enhance your experience, including connecting details you have submitted with any future visits. You have control of cookies as they are stored on your device and can be deleted at any time.
3. Security
All personal information is collected and stored securely and no credit card numbers are stored by Pic Sponsors™ or Fundraisers. Credit card details are passed securely to the banking network using 256-bit SSL encryption and a security certificate. This is the same technology used by banks to prevent unauthorised access to your credit card details in transit.
4. Credit Card Receipts
Note that transactions with Pic Sponsors will show on your credit card statement as payments to "Pioneer Websites".
